EDITOR FOR OLDER VERSIONS OF D2R(SPECIFICALLY FOR 1.3.7.0409)

Hello,

Is there a way to have a hero editor compatible with my version of D2R which is 1.3.7.0409? Technically, I don't have the original copy of the game and I just want to play this offline.
