BANNED FROM REPORTING

Trying to get unbanned from reporting. When the tool first dropped my web browser was not refreshing ladder/non ladder correctly and I was reporting for the wrong mode. No longer an issue and hoping that I can get this fixed. Tried to find a contact form or something for a support ticket but couldn't. Thanks

Jesus Christ, how long do you ban folks for? The tracker didn't update right and I honestly thought it was a tool on a site I could update for my personal use, I didn't know it was posting it anywhere. I know now and I'm mindful enough to bare that in mind for future time. When will I be unbanned? (By the post above I'm not the only one mentioning about the site not updating correctly - else I wouldn't have updated it so many times in the first place.)
