HERO EDITOR WON'T LOAD CHARACTERS TO EDIT, PLUS OTHER ISSUES

I've tried this on 4 different browsers: Firefox, Edge, Brave, and Chrome.

First...on Firefox I can see the Equipment, Stash, and Cube windows with the items in there. However, this is from the last time I was able to load or save anything. And the items it displays are no longer there or valid in-game. On Edge, Brave, and Chrome I don't get these windows. I can see the 2 buttons that allows you to either load existing character or create new character, but nothing else.

Second...I can't open any character to edit it or any of the items. It simply does not open them. I've turned off Adblocker on ALL browsers, still nothing. It was working one day, then later that day it wasn't. The game didn't update at that time (of which I'm aware) nor did I download anything or change anything. The game is currently up to date as are all of my browsers.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if there is a possible fix for it...?

hi I have a question of how do you update the character file up to date as well for edit cause for my Amazon I converted over the rune word bow I added to stash and helm and armor for my mercenary stills appears there and have to keep rehiring the act 1 mercenary
