DIDN'T WORK

I made some changes to an existing character (added a few runes, increased HP) and then hit "Save File". I then got a messg (in green lettering) telling me to "move the d2s file to your save folder". I don't know how to do this. Is the d2s file to be moved found under diablo2r or this editor? And where is the save folder located? Can you pls give me step by step instructions on how to do this?
